Delivery and Return

Delivery

we make sure to send the item as soon as possible with an expected delivery time of 1-3 working days in Denmark, however subject to sold-out items. During sales and holidays, the delivery time can be up to 10 working days. All orders are sent in one package.

If you order later than 12, the delivery time will be extended by 1 working day. If an item is unexpectedly sold out, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will receive an order confirmation by email when your order has been shipped. You will also receive your Track & Trace number here.

Freight

We send all packages with DAO, Bring, GLS and Postnord. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking ID. ODD SPACE cannot be held responsible for delays at our distributor.

Return

Easily create your return label via this return portal .

Return shipping costs NOK 49 and is self-paid. You pay for the label at the end of the link.

(You can print your return label from home or show the QR code you receive in your parcel shop and they will print the label for you)

You can also return your purchase both through the webshop by contacting retur@oddspace.dk

Returns must be made to the following address: Odd Space, Tove Ditlevsens Vej 94, 2, 9000 Aalborg

Please note your order number in the package when you want to return via the webshop. A processing time of up to 14 days can be expected for returned goods.
