These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and us regarding the use of our webshop.

We guarantee that all products and services delivered via our webshop are as described. All products and services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that products or services will meet your expectations or that products or services provided via the webshop will be error-free.

We reserve the right to change or modify the webshop's products or services without prior notice. We have the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By creating an account and completing a purchase on our webshop, you accept these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to keep yourself informed of any changes.

All payments must be made via an approved payment method. We reserve the right to refuse any order if payment cannot be verified. We also reserve the right to cancel or suspend any order.

We do not accept responsibility for damages or losses arising from incorrect use of our products. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from incorrect use of our products.

All complaints must be submitted in writing to our customer service. We do our best to answer them as soon as possible.

Right of withdrawal.

There is a 14-day right of cancellation and a 14-day right of return on all goods, calculated from the day the goods are received. If you regret a purchase, you must return the item in the same condition as you received it. You are welcome to have tried the item on, but if we judge that the item has been used, the item cannot be returned. The item is considered to have been used if it is used beyond what is possible when trying on an item in a physical store. When the item has been returned and approved, the money is deposited into your account within a few days. However, you must bear the shipping costs for the return yourself. Right of complaint.

We provide a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Sales Act for extensive manufacturing and material defects that are detected during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover faults, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect use, operation, storage or poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about errors and defects that should be discovered by usual examination of the item must be notified to kontakt@oddspace.dk within 14 days of purchase. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or, by agreement, if necessary. crediting. In connection with complaint cases, ODD SPACE bears return costs within a reasonable scope.

It is also possible to request a green complaint (green if the item has significant defects and we fail to take it back). Refund.

In the case of returned goods or prepaid goods that are canceled before dispatch, a refund of the purchase price will be made. Refunds are usually always made by transferring the refunded amount back to the same account that completed the original purchase.

Freight and handling costs.

The buyer pays for the freight himself when placing the order, but ODD SPACE bears the return costs in the event of a return.
